The GenXs Trader logs are normally stored in "C:\Logs" or in "%LocalAppData%\GenXs\Logs" (usually "C:\Users\<windows login>\AppData\Local\GenXs").

For each day GenXs creates a new directory in this folder.

If GenXs requests you to send logs, right click the folder of that day and select "Send to" -> "Compressed (zipped) folder".

This will create a zip file which you can send to GenXs.
